from the active and enterprising clients who in turn prepare a
replacement after a year of work. This will enable more clients to
gain experience in rehabilitation, and employees can base their work
on the needs of the clients.
E.
Labor
Skills Program
Goal
of
this program
is
not so much
to
teach
high-quality
cleaning,
but to
socialize the
users
in
the community.
To teach them punctuality,
responsibility,
teamwork
and
communication skills.
After the client
learns these
skills
s/he
is
more likely to
be
able
to
maintain
employment
at
the
workplace
in
the future.
We
also cooperate with organizations that
provide free
training courses for
computer skills,
sewing,
carpentry
and
others.
F.
Kitchen
Program
This
program helps clients to recover their budget planning skills,
purchasing and cooking skills. Kitchen program is an important part
of rehabilitation, since many clients of the Centre need such
knowledge.
Also this program
helps our clients to socialize.
G.
Art
therapy
This
therapy is based on arts and crafts, creative expression of
emotions. Participants can attend any sessions because each session
of art therapy is completed.
H.
Group
psychotherapy
This
type of therapy is a comprehensive
verbal and nonverbal
therapeutic
method that works with emotions,
judgments,
and
self-consciousness
in
many
mental
disorders.
The
goal of
psychotherapy
is
to change
the
broken
system of relationships between
the
client and the surroundings. The advantage of
psychotherapeutic
group work
is
that the
group
reflects the
society in miniature,
which makes
evident
the
underlying factors
such
as
pressure
of
partners,
social influence
and
conformity. This gives
them
the opportunity to
see
and analyze
psychological patterns
of
communicational
behavior of others
and
themselves.
I.
Bode - oriented therapy
Body-oriented psychotherapy is a complex of movement exercises
related to the identification and improvement of habitual physical
postures, as well as the knowledge and the development of physical
energy, various types of motor and dance therapy, including an
analysis of movements and techniques of acting.
From
simple bodily sensations therapist helps the client to go to the
emotionally charged bodily experiences. Often, this makes it
possible to understand their history, back to the time when these
sensations first appeared (regression), to live them again and
thereby get rid of them (catharsis). Thus, one gets a stronger
contact with reality (grounding), which includes both physical
support and stability with respect to living conditions and close
contact with their own emotions and relationships with family and
friends.
